Steps to Become a Member

Membership to the qDoFP is FREE and open to all who meet the following criteria:

At least 19 years of age
A licensed family practitioner, family doctor, specialist, or nurse practitioner
In good standing with the College
Live full-time or part-time in qathet

Step One:

If you meet the membership criteria, we encourage you to complete an initial application.

Step Two:

Your application will be reviewed, and if approved, we'll send you a more comprehensive form to complete along with a link to create your UpToDate account.
